OUR PERMANENT JEWELRY WARRANTY
Break Warranty: If you're a local client please make an appointment to stop by our shop in Bonita Springs, Fl and we can repair it for you. If your permanent jewelry breaks at the point of the weld we will repair it for you at no charge! If the chain is broken in any other spot it will require a assessment and can range from $5-$10 to re weld. If you're not local you can ship us the jewelry and we will add a clasp and ship it back to you.
Tarnish Warranty: If your jewelry tarnishes within 160 days we can replace it with the same chain or a chain of the same price as the original with no additional charge to the client.
Lost Chain Warranty: To be eligible for the lost chain warranty you must use the same style chain and it will need to be welded to the same part of the body (ankle, wrist, or neck). Rings are not available under our lost chain warranty since they have the ability to slide on & off at anytime. If the chain is lost within the first 30 days we will replace for no charge. If lost past the 30 day mark we will replace the jewelry at 20% off the original price.

We ask that you reach out via phone call or email. We want you to be happy with your jewelry and service!
